Restore Disc?
Did your PC come with a recovery disc instead of a "proper" Windows installation disc? An increasing number of machines are shipped with these to cut back on costs. While they allow you to get your system back to its factory settings they're very inflexible and can put your data at risk if you've repartitioned your drive to separate your documents from Windows.
Panic not, for it's perfectly possible to create an installation CD from the files on your hard drive or recovery disc.

I downloaded antimalware pro last weekend after reading how good it seemed to be but now I keep getting the error message 'engine failed to load. Error:126'. Can anyone advise...

The links work perfectly! I suggest that your Antimalware program is somehow blocking access to these sites!

I couldn't access the sites in the above links but I still have HJT from a previous occassion so I'ved used that & posted a new thread in the HJT forum.
